Platinum & Purple

Today we finished working on these platinum and purple folder style invitation for our clients Shannon & Russ. This couture creation uses a white metallic invitation framed in platinum ribbon corners mounted onto the purple folder. The white metallic insert cards are held with a vertical platinum ribbon that incorporates their monogram design on the front of the folder. Ribbon corners are very popular with our clients and looking at this elegant invitation you can see why. Enjoy!

Annapolis Marriott Waterfront Bridal Show

Today, we had the wonderful opportunity of attending the Annapolis Marriott Waterfont Bridal Show. The event was filled with excited brides, fabulous vendors and lots of great food, fun and prizes. In addition to displaying our couture creations at our own table, we were asked by Sarah Campbell of Historic Events (http://www.myhistoricevents.com/) to design menus, place cards and table numbers for her tablescape at the show. Below are some great pics of the table with our work. Enjoy!

Dinner & Dessert

Here are two great invitations we just finished for our clients Tyler and Nick. After working with us on their wedding invitations, Tyler and Nick returned to us in search of completely unique rehearsal dinner and dessert reception invitations. Here are the couture creations we came up with - their dinner invitation is a flat panel invitation that incorporates their monogram design from their invitation (which we blogged about on December4th if you want to take a peek). Their dessert invitation is a round flat panel adorned with mocha rhinestones, to look like a chocolate chip cookie. Enjoy!

French Flair

Here is another pocketfold invitation we shipped out to our clients, Angie and Lester, earlier today. Angie and Lester asked us to create an invitation for them that was bilingual, incorporating French on the invite panel, in their gold & chocolate color scheme. So we created this completely unique bilingual pocketfold invitation for them. Enjoy!

Square Save the Dates

Here are two square Save the Date designs we just shipped to our clients, Mandee & Veronica. Mandee and Sean incorporated a picture on their ivory and meadow green design. They printed their details for their guests on the back of the meadow green metallic panel in a chocolate font. Veronica and Jason used merlot and slate gray fonts to share their details with their guests. They also printed additional details for their guests on the back of the white panel. These are two great examples of how a square Save the Date can be so similar and yet so different. That's why we call them Couture Creations. Enjoy!

Ribbon of Red

We just finished working on these flat panel invitations tied with a scarlet red ribbon bow for our clients, Susie & Tony. They wanted to use an elegant one layer invitation for their upcoming wedding in March. Using inspiration from a pocketfold invitation that Susie saw in our office, we were able to design her and Tony a beautiful invitation in their scarlet red and ivory colors. This ribbon bow flat panel invitation has quickly become a favorite of clients. Enjoy!

Dots & Stripes

We just received these amazing pro pics from the October 2008 wedding of our clients, Kendra & Rich. This couple contacted us to create table numbers, out of town guest bag labels, a custom cake sign, and their menus with their chocolate and pink dots and stripes theme. After the wedding they returned to work with us on their custom picture thank you cards. We're so happy that Kendra & Rich shared their profesional pictures with us so we could show them to you. Colorful Clementine

People often ask us what our most popular invitation is and normally we answer the blue starfish invitation. We've created this for at least 7 prior clients. So you can imagine how excited we were to have the opportunity to work with Linda & John to recreate this popular invitation in their clementine and chocolate colors. Linda & John wanted to use bright fiesta colors on the invitation to set the tone for their destination wedding in Mexico. We think the finished product was beautiful. Enjoy!

Seaside Sand Dollar

Kathryn and Scott contacted us to create a custom invitation for their Florida destination wedding. Their couture invitation incorporates a watermelon pocket, bright lime green backing layer and matching sand dollar images. We love the color scheme they chose for their seaside celebration. We hope their special day is as bright and cheerful as their invitation turned out. Enjoy!

Nautical Naptown

We just finished working on these unique nautical invitations for Amy & John. The blue pocketfold and celery backing layer really compliment the nautical flavor of this invitation, especially when you add in the anchor images! We loved working on these for Amy & John and can't wait to work on more items for their big day. Enjoy!

Chesapeake Bay Beach Club Bridal Show

Our first bridal show of the New Year took place yesterday at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club in Stevensville, Maryland. We had the wonderful opportunity of designing menus, escort cards and place cards for the "Eat to the Beat" room in the Tavern Ballroom. Travis-Lee Moore from Functions Creative Event Services (http://www.functionsgroup.com/) came up with this awesome contempory dinner party decor. Check out the pictures of the hanging lantern display...wow!!

We also designed some great elements for the "Winter's Decadent Wonderland" in the Garden Room. The concept for the room was designed by Raquel Shutt from Wedding Savvy (http://www.weddingconsulting.net/). I'll save those photos for tomorrow. Enjoy!
